FAQ

The bed arrived flat. Is that normal?
Yes. The bed is vacuum-packed for shipping. Shake it well and let it rest for 24–48 hours to recover its full fluffy shape.

Can I wash it?
Yes, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low, or air-dry.

Which size should I choose?
Measure your pet from nose to tail while sleeping curled up, and use the weight guide above. If in doubt, choose the bigger size.

Is it suitable for cats too?
Absolutely. The smaller sizes are great for cats and kittens.
